In the role of Cost Calculation Manager, you play a key role in shaping the profitability of our business and ensuring competitive bids. You work closely with our sales team and are responsible for calculations, pricing, and documentation for bids and procurements. The role involves many points of contact, a broad toolbox, and a daily routine that includes analysis, customer relations, and business development.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales of the company's services in transportation, logistics solutions, and material sales
• Identify and respond to upcoming bid requests and procurements within the framework of the company's total range of goods and services
• Analysis and follow-up of sales results and outcomes against forecasts and budgets
• Document calculations, pricing data, and customer dialogues in a structured manner.
• Establish and develop existing customer relationships
• Contribute to the development of cost-saving strategies and techniques
• Prepare reports and present cost data to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct risk analyses and suggest measures to minimize financial risks
• Co-organize and participate in customer activities, fairs, and events

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant university degree in construction, economics, or similar
• Have at least two years of experience in cost calculations within transportation, contracting, or similar
• Are analytical, meticulous, and structured
• Communicate well and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Are experienced with Excel and quick to learn new business systems
